Cookie notice
This notice explains the small pieces of information this website can store on your browser. It sits beside the privacy notice, which covers enquiry forms and engagement files.
What cookies are
A cookie is a short text file a site asks your browser to keep, so a later visit can be recognised. Local storage is a similar shelf inside the browser, used here for a single preference. Both stay on your device until they expire or you clear them.
What this site uses
The planning pages, fees, journal, and enquiry form work whether you accept or reject. The office keeps no visitor measurement and sets no advertising cookies. The only preference stored is your choice on the notice banner.
| Name | Purpose | Duration | Provider |
|---|---|---|---|
| reason-weavepoint-cookie-consent | Remembers whether you chose Accept or Reject on the banner. Stored in local storage, not as a cookie. Rejecting does not close any page or block the enquiry form. | Until you clear site data for this browser | Reason Weavepoint (on your device) |
| Analytics cookies | None are set. Accepting the banner leaves measurement off. | — | — |
Third-party requests
Pages load typefaces from Google Fonts. Your browser contacts fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com, and Google may receive your IP address as part of that request. That is a third-party connection, separate from the consent key above. If those requests are blocked, the text falls back to a serif already on your device and the pages remain readable.
How to choose, and how to clear the choice
On a first visit the banner offers Accept and Reject with equal buttons. Either choice is stored under the name in the table and the banner stays dismissed. To choose again, clear local storage for reason-weavepoint.click in your browser settings and reload the page.
You can also block cookies and site data entirely in the browser. The journal, fees, and contact form still open. The banner may reappear on each visit if the browser refuses storage.
Effect of rejecting
Rejecting leaves every page, link, and form available. It does not reduce the sittings you can ask about. It simply records that you declined optional storage. Because no analytics cookie is waiting behind the Accept button, the practical difference between the two buttons is the word stored on your device.
