Privacy notice

Reason Weavepoint Financial Planning Co., Ltd. is the data controller for personal information collected through this website and through planning engagements. The office address is Tambon Lubobo, Amphoe Yi-ngo, Narathiwat 96180. Contact the controller at info@reason-weavepoint.click or 073594680.

What we collect

From the enquiry form: your name, email address, the engagement you ask about, a preferred month, a meeting place, and the message you write. From later correspondence and sittings: the household facts you choose to share, such as income notes, debts, fee dates, and family support, together with the written map and the fee record.

Enquiries and sittings are arranged by email and in person. Server logs may briefly hold an IP address and the page requested, so the host can keep the site available.

Why we use it

Enquiry details are used to reply and to offer dates. Engagement files are used to prepare the sittings, write the map, send the review letter, and keep a proper accounting record of fees. The legal bases under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 are steps toward a contract, performance of the engagement, legal obligations for accounting, and, where a message goes beyond what the engagement needs, your consent in sending it.

Retention

Enquiry notes that do not become an engagement are kept for 24 months and then deleted or anonymised. Engagement files, including the map and fee record, are kept for five years after the last sitting or review, which matches the period the office needs for accounting and for a couple who returns for an annual review. You may ask for earlier deletion where the law allows it and where a tax record does not require the fee entry to remain.

Sharing

The office does not sell personal information. A file is shared only with a person the couple names in writing, such as an accountant they have asked us to brief, or when Thai law requires a disclosure. Staff who see a file are Malee Srisawat and Arun Phanit, and a bookkeeper who sees fee amounts rather than the full household story.

International transfers

Sittings and paper files stay in Narathiwat. The website host and email provider may process connection logs or message copies on servers outside Thailand. Where that happens, the office chooses providers that protect the information and limits what is sent to what the reply or the page request needs. You may ask which providers are in use at the time of your request.

Your rights

You may ask to access the personal information the office holds, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict its use, to object to a use based on legitimate interest, and to receive a copy in a usable form where the PDPA gives you that right. You may withdraw consent for an optional message without affecting a map already prepared under the engagement. You may lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Committee of Thailand.

Send rights requests to info@reason-weavepoint.click. The office replies within 30 days, or tells you if a longer period is permitted.
