Terms of engagement

These terms govern use of the website reason-weavepoint.click and the planning engagements offered by Reason Weavepoint Financial Planning Co., Ltd. (“the office”), whose place of business is Tambon Lubobo, Amphoe Yi-ngo, Narathiwat 96180. By using the website or reserving a sitting, you accept these terms.

The service

The office provides goal-based financial planning for couples through in-person sittings and written household documents. A fee letter, sent after an enquiry, states the engagement, the dates, and the amount due. The engagement begins when the couple pays the reservation amount named in that letter and the office confirms the dates in writing.

The written map records the couple’s own goals, dates, and amounts. Decisions to buy, sell, or hold any financial product remain with the couple and any licensed product adviser they choose. Tax returns, wills, and land-title work sit with the specialists the couple instructs.

Enquiries and accurate information

The contact form asks for a name, an email address, the engagement of interest, a preferred month, a meeting place, and a message. Send facts you are willing to have on the file. Account numbers, identity numbers, and banking passwords are not required and should be left out of the message.

A plan is only as sound as the figures the couple brings. If a debt, a savings book, or a duty to family is withheld, the written map will reflect the incomplete picture.

Intellectual property

The text, layout, and the structure of the Goal Map form belong to the office. You may read the website and share links to it. You may not copy the site’s pages or the blank structure of the map for a competing practice.

Facts about your household that you supply remain yours. You receive copies of your finished map for household use. The office keeps a copy for the review sitting and for the retention period described in the privacy notice.

Fees

Current fees are published on the fees page and confirmed in the fee letter. A published fee can change for future engagements; a letter already issued keeps the amount stated in it. Payment is by bank transfer to the account named in the letter. Cancellation and refunds follow the refunds page.

Liability

The office prepares the written map with reasonable care from the information the couple provides. Household results depend on income, health, family duty, and choices made after the sitting. The office’s liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees the couple paid for that engagement, except where Thai law does not allow a limit.

The website is offered for information about the practice. A page that is briefly unavailable, or a figure on the site that has since been updated in a fee letter, does not create a separate claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes are brought before the Thai courts, including the courts competent for Narathiwat, unless a mandatory rule gives a couple a different forum.
