Cancellations and refunds

These rules cover planning sittings booked with Reason Weavepoint Financial Planning Co., Ltd. at Tambon Lubobo, Amphoe Yi-ngo, Narathiwat 96180. They apply to the Couple’s Goal Map, the First Sitting, the Annual Map Review, the Education and Family Support Sitting, and the Household Cash Picture.

How to ask

Write to info@reason-weavepoint.click or call 073594680. Include the names on the booking, the engagement, and the first date. A request from one partner is accepted for scheduling; a refund of a joint payment is sent to the account that paid, unless both partners instruct otherwise in writing.

Deposits

The Goal Map is reserved with 40 percent of the fee. The education sitting is reserved with half. If the couple cancels seven or more days before the first sitting, that reservation amount is refunded in full. If they cancel inside seven days, and no sitting has taken place, the reservation amount is kept and any unpaid balance is not charged.

The First Sitting, the cash picture, and the annual review are paid in full when the date is held. Those amounts follow the same seven-day rule: full refund if the office receives the cancellation seven or more days before the sitting, and the fee is kept if the notice is shorter and the office cannot fill the hour.

After work has started

Once a sitting has been held, the fee for the work already done is kept. For the Goal Map the office treats each sitting as a quarter of the 18,500 THB fee. Unused sittings are refunded, except that 400 THB is kept if the written map has already been printed. After sitting four, when the couple has taken the finished map home, the engagement fee is not refunded.

For the two-sitting engagements, half the fee is kept after sitting one, and the full fee is kept after the signed page has been handed over at sitting two. An annual review fee is kept once the 90-minute sitting has started.

Rescheduling and no-shows

A couple may move a sitting once, without a fee, if the office has at least 48 hours’ notice and offers another date within 30 days. A second move, or notice shorter than 48 hours, is treated as the sitting having been held. A no-show is treated the same way. One replacement date is still offered within 30 days for a First Sitting no-show, and the original 1,800 THB is not refunded if that replacement is also missed.

If the office cancels

If a planner’s illness or an office closure prevents a sitting, the couple chooses a new date or a refund of the unused portion. A Goal Map that cannot be finished by the office is refunded for every sitting that has not taken place, including the print amount if no map was delivered.

Method and timing

Refunds are paid by transfer to the same bank account that paid the fee. The office sends the transfer within 14 working days of agreeing the amount in writing. A public holiday in Thailand can fall inside that period.

Credit toward another engagement

Where the fees page describes a credit — the First Sitting against a Goal Map within 60 days, or part of an education sitting or cash picture within 90 days — that credit is an alternative to a refund of the credited portion. A couple asks for one or the other, not both.
