Planning engagement
First Sitting
Seventy-five minutes to hear how the household earns, spends, and argues, and to decide whether a full Goal Map is the right next step.
Office in Tambon Lubobo
Who it is for
Couples who are curious and not ready to reserve four dates. Also couples who want a second opinion on whether their argument is about a goal or about a bill.
What you take home
A one-page letter naming what was heard, whether a Goal Map, a cash picture, or an education sitting would fit, and the fee that would apply. The letter is a recommendation of a next conversation, not a household plan.
How the sittings run
75 minutes
The sitting
The planner asks about income, debts, and one hope each partner is unwilling to drop. Both people are invited to correct the other. No document is drafted in the room.
Within seven days
The letter
The office sends a short letter in Thai. It states which engagement, if any, matches what was said, and the earliest open dates.
Included
- The 75-minute sitting for both partners
- Tea at the office
- The follow-up letter
Outside this engagement
- A written Goal Map
- A full cash picture or education plan
- Any product recommendation
What to prepare
- Both partners, if the money is shared
- A rough sense of monthly income; exact slips can wait
- One question the couple actually wants answered
Fee
The fee is 1,800 THB, paid when the date is reserved. If the couple begins a Couple's Goal Map within 60 days, the 1,800 THB is credited in full against that engagement.
Limits of the work
The First Sitting is held at the office, not at home. If only one partner can come, the office offers another date rather than a one-sided conversation about joint money.
Fees for every engagement are listed together on the fees page. The sequence of a full Goal Map is also told, from the couple’s side of the table, on the planning path.
