Planning engagement
Household Cash Picture
Two meetings that lay monthly inflows, shared bills, and a spending agreement on one page, especially when income arrives in uneven weeks.
Office in Tambon Lubobo, or the couple's home inside Amphoe Yi-ngo
Who it is for
Couples whose money does not arrive on the same day each month: rubber sheets, a market stall, fishing, overtime, or a small shop. Also couples who already have two notebooks that never match.
What you take home
One page showing a typical strong week, a typical thin week, the bills that are paid first, and a short spending agreement both partners sign.
How the sittings run
Sitting one · 75 minutes
How the weeks actually arrive
The couple describes a strong week and a thin week. Cash, transfers, and goods taken home from a shop are all counted. The planner sends them home to watch one real week without changing it.
Sitting two · 60 minutes
The one-page agreement
The watched week is compared with the story from sitting one. Bills are ordered. A figure is set for discretionary spending in a thin week. Both partners sign the page.
Included
- Two sittings
- A watching-week sheet
- The signed one-page cash picture
Outside this engagement
- Long-dated goals such as a house or retirement; those belong on a Goal Map
- Debt negotiation with a lender
- Bookkeeping for a registered company
What to prepare
- Whatever notebook or phone note the couple already uses
- A list of bills with due dates
- Both partners, including the person who handles the stall or the smallholding
Fee
The fee is 5,800 THB, paid in full when the first date is reserved. If the couple books a Goal Map within 90 days, 2,000 THB is credited.
Limits of the work
The picture is for the household, not a set of accounts for the Revenue Department. A week that includes a festival or a hospital bill is noted as unusual and is not treated as the typical week.
Fees for every engagement are listed together on the fees page. The sequence of a full Goal Map is also told, from the couple’s side of the table, on the planning path.
